This award looks at an individual who has had a positive impact and contribution the industry over their career. This individual could be classified as a leader, an innovator, or an individual who created change for the better across the industry.
Innovator of the Year
The successful winner of the award will have developed a successful product or service that has benefited the property management industry as well as landlords and tenants alike.
Inspiration of the Year
Our Inspiration of the Year has had to overcome challenges, demonstrating resolve, commitment and a desire to never give up and has been an inspiration to either the industry, to the team that they work with or to the communities that they have served.
Property Manager of the Year
The winner of this award must be able to demonstrate how well they manage a successful portfolio, either individually or as part of a pod. They will be able to demonstrate initiative, consistency and based off statistics around the portfolio. What we are looking for is the following.
The Growth Award
This award is all about growth but not just necessarily about the number of new managements. How has your revenue grown for the same period the previous year? How has the business grown and what new activities have you undertaken to grow the business?
Rising Star
They must be engaged in the industry no earlier than the 1st of January 2023 and no later than the 1st of January 2024 and working as a Property Manager. The winner of this award must be able to demonstrate how well they have adapted to running a successful portfolio, either individually or as part of a pod.
The People’s Choice – Supplier of the Year
This award is unique. Our suppliers will be able to showcase their product at our suppliers breakfast on the second morning of The PMC. You will have plenty of time to visit exhibitors and they will try and woo you into giving them your vote. Conference attendees will then be able to vote following the breakfast with the winner being announced at the break interval on day two of the conference. Attendees will vote via the conference App.
The Property Management Agency of the Year
This is a an award to the agency that has most outstanding contribution to property management over their last financial year. This award is based on a combination of quality, service, and performance.
