Ashleigh started her career in property management in 2015 as an assistant property manager, in 2016 she was promoted to senior property manager where she stayed for the next five and a half years before moving into our business development role.Ashleigh�s passion for people and property over this time has been recognized within the Ray White Group with numerous awards, including New Start Property Manager of the year 2016, International Property Manager of the Year 2017-2018, Property Manager of the Year for 2018 and she has been awarded a Premier member of the Ray White group since 2016 through to 2021 . Ashleigh is also an accredited property manager through the REINZ accreditation programme as she gained her certificate in property management in 2016, to maintain her accreditation she continues her verifiable training each year. Ashleigh demonstrates a high level of customer service and this is something she values highly. Ashleigh�s high level of service and in-depth knowledge of the industry are skills she shares with our whole property management team, her focus to work with our property managers to provide landlords and tenants with the best service possible is second to none. Outside of the office Ashleigh enjoys training and competing for waka ama and dragon boating, walking her adorable dog and spending time with her family and friends.
